Join the Kindness
Community this Christmas.

Christmas is a season for kindness and a celebration of the greatest gift of love. It’s a time to reach out to neighbours and strangers by sharing generosity and the warmth of connection.

This year, in the midst of a cost-of-living crisis, we’d love to partner with you to promote kindness and connection over anxiety and isolation, by reaching out to those that are struggling or alone this Christmas with a Bag of Kindness.

Love Christmas in our Parish

We plan to pack and deliver at least 2,000 Bags of Kindness to people across our community.

This year, we would love to invite you to Pack at Church.

St Catherine’s will be hosting a Packing & Delivery Day on Saturday 16 December 2023 between 11am-2pm..

Why not get involved and make this a fun and festive community event?

To those in need.

Run around the aisle in your local supermarket and grab these seven items: Christmas Cake, Yule Log, Mince Pies, Chocolate Orange, Giant Chocolate Buttons, Haribo Sweets, and a Christmas Cracker. Pop them in a bag and bring them to St Catherine’s on Saturday 16 December.

Or, please donate to our Love Christmas campaign. We cannot do this without your generous support. Scan the QR code above, or click ‘Give Now’ for lots of other ways to give.

Come and help us pack.

You will have the opportunity to fill a bag with lots of goodies, or you may simply want to help by making the teas.

Come join the fun and pack at St Catherine’s on Saturday 16 December between 11am-2pm!

If you’re up for hitting the streets to share the love and see kindness grow, volunteer to deliver now. Click the button below and let us know your availability.

There will be a free lunch for all our volunteers.
